The Bear's Paw is my all-time favorite traditional quilt block, just the name evokes nights by the fireside, tucked warm and tight, with the night sky's stars burning bright through the window. It conjures only the coziest of winter cabin fantasies. My Bear's Paw is filled with that night sky, combining a vivid, bright blue with that crystal clear night sky.
