This cozy lap quilt has half a traditional quilt block star at a large scale and a splash of neon yellow, my favorite. I love marking quilts that feel like a peek into something larger - as if this whole quilt was just ten inches of a much bigger project zoomed all the way in.

Approximately 60 inches square, this quilt will brighten up any room and is perfect to drape over your lap during a movie or with a good book. This quilt combines traditional quilt motifs with my favorite bold color combinations, hand quilting, and the more severe machine-quilted stitches.

All of my handmade quilts are made with 100% cotton materials from the fabric to the batting to every thread used to hold it all together. It’s important to me that my quilts are fully machine washable and can be tumble-dried - quilts should be used and loved and that means they’ll also have to be washed! After the first wash the quilt will crinkle and have more texture and be ready for curling up in. Your quilt will ship with care instructions.
